addition to having a B.A. in Holistic Health and a Ph.D. in Clinical
Psychotherapy, she is a Diplomate in the American Psychotherapy
Association, a Fellow of the American Association of Integrative
Medicine and a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor. Formerly
a professor at Naropa University's Transpersonal Psychology Department,
Sahna is also a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Massage Therapist
and instructor, a professional Astrologer, and herself a survivor
of various childhood traumas. She has made a point of receiving
in-depth training in a diverse range of modern and traditional
therapeutic approaches including NLP
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming), NET/NEAT
(Neuro Emotional Anti-Sabotage Technique), Hypnosis, Macrobiotics,
and Chinese Five Element Theory. A practicing psychotherapist
with an international clientele since 1985, she has used her gifts
to assist abused adults and children, families at risk, and so
many others.
